Vouch makes video easy - enabling teams to collect, edit and share video content with a single link. The use cases for Vouch are endless - ranging from customer testimonials, user feedback, video recruitment, team comms and many more.
We have built the business with a product-led growth strategy from day one - allowing us to work with over 3000+ customers, including some incredible teams from Canva, Atlassian, Hubspot, Dropbox and more.
This is an opportunity to be a foundational hire in our early-stage growth, taking on the role of scaling our Product Marketing to new and existing users. Our core product has seen strong early adoption from market-leading companies and our roadmap has a host of exciting features rolling out this year.
Working closely with Product, Design and the rest of the Marketing team, you will be well supported to achieve great results. You will also have access to industry-leading experts in our advisory team, to provide guidance, coaching and insights on latest best practices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable, intuitive and highly productive PMM to help us drive adoption of our video platform globally.
What you will be working on
Own the product roadmap communication strategy, leveraging new features to drive through-funnel metrics, from acquisition to retention
Assist in the creation of the overall product narrative and messaging, and maintain messaging across marketing and product touchpoints
Develop regular customer communications that help the audience to understand the potential of our platform, driving broader usage and retention
Work in close collaboration with Content and Marketing to develop appropriate product comms for all our customer channels
Monitor key metrics and deliver reporting and analysis to support business understanding of performance at a campaign and broader strategic level
Develop ideal customer profiles and personas to provide strategic guidance for product development, marketing targeting and product design
Continually evolve processes to ensure an efficient approach to product launches across all functions
Build and maintain a deep understanding of our customer base
Support the marketing content and thought leadership strategy to brand building and top of funnel user growth
Be the champion for competitive intelligence to inform go to market strategy
5+ years in product marketing or a related field - experience in SaaS technology a bonus
Proven track record of driving successful product launches that drive adoption and bottom-line impact
Ability to write clear and engaging customer communications
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to quickly build rapport and collaborate well with other departments
Experience in crafting positioning, personas, and product launch messaging
Experience working in an early stage start-up (or have a strong passion to jump into this environment)
Proven analytical ability to identify opportunities and blockers to adoption which can be solved by customer comms
